ABOUT
Robb McNeill is a multi-disciplinary creative and strategist based in the Portland, Oregon area. Originally from the East Coast, he earned a BA in Business Marketing with a minor in Studio Art from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN.
Robb launched his creative career in Minneapolis at General Mills, where he spent four years working at the corporate CPG giant. During his time there, he founded the in-house agency, The Bellshop, and spearheaded viral campaigns like the Hamburger Helper Mixtape and Totino’s 4:20.
Transitioning to the agency side, Robb joined Latitude as a Senior Art Director before being promoted to Associate Creative Director and relocating to their West Coast office in Portland. There, he led strategy, creative direction, and team management for clients like adidas, Nike, and Reebok.
In 2021, Robb joined Nike as a Brand Narrative Manager on the Global Brand Creative team. He kicked things off with Nike Running, working on the “Runners Helping Runners” campaign and launches like the Pegasus 39 and “Nike’s Guide to Running” Chapter 4. He later transitioned to Nike Training and Yoga, spearheading the Metcon 8 launch and storytelling initiatives like “Progress Starts Here,” “First Take,” and “Quick Tips.” Eventually, he joined the Lifestyle team, contributing to the 2023 Women’s World Cup campaign and the 10th anniversary of Nike Tech Fleece.
In January 2024, Robb combined work with passion by joining Vail Resorts as Associate Creative Director. A lifelong snowboarder, he saw the opportunity to shape the ski industry as a dream come true. Now, he leads creative for some of the world’s most renowned resorts—including Vail, Keystone, Whistler Blackcomb, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek—as well as Vail Resorts’ season pass program, Epic Pass. Whether directing creative teams, collaborating with senior leadership to shape the company's future, or overseeing photo and video shoots while strapped into a snowboard, Robb’s impact on the brand and industry is unmistakable.
By day, he’s a Creative Director. By night, he’s an entrepreneur and artist, running iMPuLSe Creative, iMPuLSe Creative, an artist collective specializing in murals.
